The house is located in Migliarino natural park, the most important natural oasis on the Tuscan Coast, between Pisa and Lucca. In this oasis of peace and relax Casa Dany gives you a sense of timelessness and charm where you can de-stress and enjoy the nature. The climate is particularly favourable and the beautiful Mediterranean plants and migratory birds that stop here before resuming their journeys are a sight to behold. The beach is about 4 km far, it is a beautiful and protect sandy beach (Marina di Vecchiano); Pisa is 10 minutes by car. The house is inside a private property where there are several independent buildings. Casa Dany has its private parking and a large garden equipped with table and chairs and BBQ. It is a semidetached house recently restored, tastefully decorated with new furniture. At the ground floor there is a kitchen and dining area, a living room with sofa and TV and a small bathroom. At the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Price does not include final cleaning 100€.
