Enchanting rustico completely renovated maintaining the traditional tuscan style and equipped with all modern comforts. The property is located on a lovely small hill immersed in nature on a very private position. It is the perfect property for those looking to relax and enjoy the countryside while being able to explore Tuscany and its many attractions. It is located close to the village of Montecarlo where guests can find some shops as well as restaurants. The swimming pool (12X5, 1,40 depth) is set just behind the house, it is completely fenced and equipped with sundecks and umbrellas.  The house consists on the ground floor of a large living room with sofas, fireplace, television,  built-in kitchen, dining table, exit to the garden and pergola equipped with wooden table, garden, corner with brick barbecue / grill, wood oven. A service bathroom and a laundry area in the basement with one more bathroom. At the first floor two bedrooms with king size bed and “en suite” bathroom ; another bedroom  with double bed that can be divided into 2 single beds and “en suite” bathroom. All bedrooms has air conditioning and mosquito nets. Just few steps away from the house there is a small dependance with a dining/kitchen room, internal staircase to the ground floor ( also external staircase) where there is one double bedroom and one bathroom. Portable air conditioning. The dependance permits to have more privacy in case there are different families groups.
The house  has a low-voltage fence around a large part of the garden  and swimming pool to prevent damage from wild boars. It will be on from 17:00 until 07:00 and turned off during the day, it has several accesses if you still want to leave the fenced area, it is not dangerous for people or animals. The owners offer a welcome pack consisting of water (still and sparkling), 1 bottle of olive oil of Montecarlo and 1 bottle of red and white wine of Montecarlo.  Perfect place to relax and enjoy the lovely tuscan lifestyle!
