This villa with private fenced swimming pool and large pergola of 60 square meters has been recently renovated maintaining all the typical features of Tuscan farmhouses; it is located above a small hill, 100 meters from a small lake, inside a natural reserve where you can easily see wild small animals. The Casolare has a panoramic view on 4 sides and can be reached by a narrow street with rows of cypress trees. The view you will enjoy is unique. The Villa is located just 12 km from Volterra and San Gimignano. The first village with main facilities is only 5 km away. The villa is located between Florence and Siena which can be reached in less than an hour. The sea can be reached in 40 minutes (since the villa is located in the center of Tuscany, it can be a good starting point for visiting the villages and art cities of this region).

The Villa is composed of 3 apartments each with its own kitchen. On the ground floor there is a beautiful loggia with a wooden table for 12 people for dining al fresco. There are two apartments which have 3 bedrooms with bathrooms, one with typical Tuscan vaults and two with beautiful chestnut wood beams. Then there is an equipped kitchen, a living room with fireplace and satellite TV. The kitchen leads to the large pergola, from where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. Going up the ancient stairs, you reach the first floor, with 2 living rooms with fireplace and satellite TV and a sofa bed for 2 people, two kitchens, two bedrooms with bathroom. The entire ceiling of the first floor has large chestnut beams

Outside the villa has a 5000 square meter garden with a panoramic fenced swimming pool equipped with teak chairs and umbrellas. There is a beautiful “panoramic terrace” with a mosaic table for 12 people where it is possible to dine while watching beautiful sunsets. To complete the exterior, an ancient stone oven where guests can make tasty pizzas or bread. At 10 meters from the villa there is a small house that the owners use to cook only for guests who live in the villa and who requires this service. The owner can also take yoga lessons for free.
