The enchanting medieval town of Lucca is approx 15 minutes drive and in the surroundings you can visit the most beautiful historical Villas of this area.The house has been recently renovated respecting the traditional tuscan style combined with modern comforts. The property is tastefully decorated in Moroccan-Tuscan style, making the living space attractive and welcoming. At the ground floor there are two connected sitting rooms, a living room with a three seater sofa and two armchairs, a fully equipped kitchen with one long table sitting 12 people, a bathroom and a laundry room. At the first floor there is one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, one single bedroom, one twin bedroom, another double bedroom and a bathroom; at the second floor a double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom. Outside the house is surrounded by beautiful olive groves, a garden and a private swimming pool equipped with sunbathing.

Around the house wonderful walkings along the hills. Ideal location for cycling and to explore the beautiful cities of Lucca, Pisa, Florence. The most well-known beaches of Versilia can be reached in half an hour (Forte dei Marmi). The house is perfect for a private vacation with family and friends,  big and comfortable enough to host 3 families with kids.
