I was very nervous when booking our Villa in Tuscany because a lot of the sites seemed like they were not legitimate. When Villa Madonna came up it seemed to good to be true. It was VERY true. The villa is even better than it looks. I could give a long answer here but it’s easier to just say that it will exceed your every expectation. We are hoping to stay again next year ! Can’t wait!

I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible stay at Villa Octavia. From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the property’s beauty and charm. The converted farmhouse set within the historical grounds of Villa Torrigiani created a truly magical atmosphere. First and foremost, the pictures online do not do justice to the real beauty of Villa Octavia. It was even more stunning in person, and we were delighted to discover that the property was extremely spacious and well-maintained. It comfortably accommodated our party of 12 with ease. The array of activities available was a major highlight for us. We spent countless hours enjoying table tennis matches, tennis games, and friendly football matches on the pitch. The pool was a refreshing oasis, and we couldn’t resist taking a dip every chance we got. The outdoor pergola and the additional eating area provided the perfect backdrop for our large dinner parties. However, the real showstopper was the huge built-in pizza oven. We had an absolute blast making and devouring our own delicious pizzas. I must commend the well-provisioned kitchen, which made cooking for our large group a breeze. It had everything we needed and more, allowing us to enjoy homemade meals throughout our stay. The atmosphere at Villa Octavia was so inviting that we found ourselves cooking in most nights and making the most of the property’s ambiance. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our vacation. I wanted to extend my gratitude to you and your team for the seamless check-in process and the warm welcome we received. Your attention to detail and hospitality made our stay all the more enjoyable. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Villa Octavia enough. It is an exceptional property, and our 10-day stay was nothing short of extraordinary. We left with wonderful memories that will stay with us for a lifetime. Once again, thank you for providing us with such a fantastic experience. We look forward to returning to Villa Octavia sometime in the future.

We had the best time at Casa Monic! The house contains everything you need for an enjoyable holiday, and the garden with the pool was delightful. Despite the bumpy road to reach the house (which some taxi’s did not want to take), we enjoyed every single moment of our holiday. Communication with Daniele and Paola was very pleasant and smooth, so we would very much recommend spending your holiday in Casa Monic. Until next time!

We were let down badly and found this Villa as our back up. Once we connected with Paola her communication was brilliant. This turned our very stressful week, 6 weeks before travel, for a family of 15, into a pleasant and efficient experience. The result was the most amazing family holiday. The Villa was just as advertised, on arrival we began to realise it was even better than we could have imagined. Dave and Sylvia who manage the place were on site and able to help with any queries. Such as lighting the pizza oven, using the barbecue and supplying us with produce from the garden.
Alot of the family love to cook and the kitchen was well stocked with all the right pots pans and utensils to ensure we had a truly remarkable time.
The areas for dining were varied we dined in four different settings but there were more.
The bedrooms and bathrooms were sizeable and easily accommodated us.
The pool was in a lovely setting away from the house and gated which allowed complete safety for all the children.
We made use of the yoga studio;which we booked separately, one morning as two of us are yoga instructors. It was a special space.
All in all we relished every minute and we hope to be back.
Thank you Paola for your help in making our holiday one we won’t forget.

Casa Monic is a beautiful house. The two appartments are perfect for two families. Clean and tidy when we came there. Nice outdoor area with pool, table tennis, sunchairs, eating places, bbq, and pretty flowers/greenery. The road up to the house is quite bumpy. When you think you have come to the end of the road, there is a narrow, bumpy gravel road for another 800-900 meters leading up to the house. Just keep driving! But I don’t recommend sports cars on this road. The approximity to Lucca, Viareggio, Pisa and Cinque Terre is perfect. Casa Monic is highly recommended!

Wonderful place for a relaxing holiday with friends. The ideal place to visit the nice cities of Lucca or Pisa. We had a great time and can only recommend it. If you want to spend a great evening in the villa with delicious food, just book Fiorenza, a great chef who can prepare very delicious local food!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Ottavia ! Everything was just perfect, from the spacy house to the fantastic garden and the pool with the view on Villa Torrigiani. And what about Elena and her cooking skills which made us feel at home in Villa Ottavia ! Such a perfect holiday, we would recommend it to anyone !

Abbiamo soggiornato a metà agosto 2020 in questa bella villa. Tre famiglie (6 adulti e 3 bambini).
La villa è bella e spaziosa, rustica ma curata. La piscina non è enorme ma è assolutamente sufficiente per godersi i pomeriggi assolati.  Il giardino è curato ed accogliente, perfetto per i bimbi. La cosa che mi ha stupito di più è il clima: quando siamo stati noi, mentre a Torino e Milano il caldo umido imperversava, qui c’era sempre una piacevole brezza che rinfrescava l’ambiente, casa compresa. Forse la stanza “padronale” è un po’ più calda perché è più esposta al sole, ma è dotata di un “pinguino” (anche se un po’ rumoroso, come tutti i pinguino) che può alleviare un po’. In generale trovo si dorma benissimo (anche grazie al silenzio della zona).  I bagni sono ampi e confortevoli, la cucina enorme e con gli elettrodomestici base per poter cucinare. Il bbq è un po’ datato, ma funziona bene.
Unici due difetti: 1. la strada di accesso è un po’ accidentata, bisogna percorrerla molto lentamente, altrimenti le macchine più basse rischiano di “toccare”; 2. in alcune zone della casa (fortunatamente gli angoli più remoti) ci sono un po’ di tafani che sono molto fastidiosi. Noi abbiamo risolto con uno spray per esterni ma sarebbe meglio bonificare la zona in maniera più strutturata. In generale, direi voto 9.5/10: siamo molto soddisfatti e consigliamo a tutti questa sistemazione.

We hade a lovely stay at Villa Octavia. Nice and spacious house with great beds, marvelous swimming pool. Only suggestion is an upgrade of the kitchen as we love to cook and I would connect the covered terrace with the house for guests also.

Beautiful, peaceful, spacious house and surroundings in the middle of nature and yet close to Lucca. The house is both simple and noble, with all but no unnecessary luxury, the big garden with several spots with shade and places to rest as well as the wonderful, very clean pool made the stay unforgettable. House and surroundings are extremely well kept and support from both the owners and the housekeeping personal has been always immediate and helpful. We (family with three grown up kids) would be happy to come again!

Estupenda estancia en Casa Monic. Hemos estado 2 familias con 5 ninos en total ocupando las dos casas gemelas. Hemos disfrutado tanto de las visitas a todos los lugares de internos cercanos como Lucca, Pisa, Florencia o Siena hasta de la propia casa, perfectamente acondicionada y con una estupenda piscina y jardi­n. Sitio tranquilo ideal para viajar en familia y con ninos. Gran cuidado de todos los detalles y propietarios encantadores.

We (7 people) had a very nice stay at Casale Rossana in June 2017. After taking a look at the available houses we decided to call Paola for further information. The communication was very nice and led to a fast booking of the choosen residence.

The house itself was as described and simply beautiful. All of us enjoyed the one week stay very much. Paola helped us with all of our questions and made our stay as comfortable as possible. There were no complications at our arrival and departure.

We are definately thinking about booking another house in 2018.

We had a wonderful stay in a well decorated and nicely fitted house. Thanks to Paola and Adele the owner for the various good suggestions that made our stay very enjoyable. The ride to the beach was under 10 minutes with a bike that was easy to rent at a shop located in the same street than the house. Forte dei Marmi was a 15 minutes bike ride away. Thanks for the great vacation.

We had a great stay at Casa Simo! A very spacious, modern and beautiful house with enough space for two families with four children. The large garden and the small playground were perfect for all of us. It was really nice to have Bbq outside and relax in the deck chairs while the children were playing. The owners are very nice and helpful with Information also regarding Restaurants…All in all we can totally recommend Casa Simo!

We had a great stay at villa Liber! A very spacious and beautifull villa with multiple large rooms. The villa was big enough for 12 people. And still provides room for privacy and comfortable social gatherings. The beautifull garden and terras are easy accessible and perfectly suited for some relaxation. The pool is not directly to the villa, just cross over the private parking space and you will find a vey large swimmingpool! A lot of sightseeing spots and remarkeable ites nearby. The villa is situated near Lucca. And Florence and Pisa are just an easy drive away. The presence of a large supermarket just a 10 minutes walk away is very convenient. You will easilly fall in love with the historical villa.

Casa Dany was the right place to enjoy two weeks in Toscana! Reception and ongoing support by Rosario was perfect, the house and apartment are very nicely equipped and maintained. The whole Borgo is really well kept. We especially liked the big pool, our huge garden and the fact that we were at the same time a bit distant to the other residents. The only thing missing in the kitchen were a few more plates and bowls and above all, a real Italian coffee machine…. 😉

Villa Margherita is even more beautiful when you discover it for real. The house is full of charm, well decorated, freshly painted, and you can feel a unique family spirit. Rooms are spacious. There are 2 terrazas, choose north or south, for breakfast or evening drinks. The pool is really big, clean and the water was perfectly warm. A fantastic holiday in an amazing location. Don’t miss Lucca nearby (if you like a Puccini concert !)

We spent two wonderfull weeks in casa i Gigli. The house, the garden and the pool are really nice and well maintained. The location is perfect : nearby Pisa and Lucca, 40 min from Firenze and 60 min from Sienne. We also visited the “cinque terre”.
The place is really quiet.
The owners are located next to the house but are really discreet and helpfull for anything we needed. They also invited us for dinner and we ate the delicious Claudio’s pizza (cooked in the Wood oven).

A very typical week in Toscane, wondefull lanscape from the swimming pool, quite, space for the 3 families. Well equiped kitchen and some toys for childs have been apprecied.
It’s possible to take a walk directly from the house.
We enjoy also proximity by car from towns like Pise and Lucca.
We would like to rent it again next year !

We (9 persons) have spent a fantastic week in La Luce with the family. The surrounding area is beautiful and very calm. We could not get enough from the view from the the house.
The house and the garden is spacious enough for every need. Rooms were big, beds confortable. The house has a great kitchen meeting every wimens whish where more than one person can prepare somethimg to eat/drinkt. But a grill station is also avaliable. (only the very complicated garbidging system requires some logistic :-), in which box to put what)
The loggia before the house gives the opportunity to sit outside but hidden from the Sun and the pool could be used night and day due to the lightening system. Due to a special alarm system the house is very secured, wifi is avalilble and radio and tv is avaliable in case of need.
In the near neiberhood ther are wineries and also some palazzos to visit. Lucca can be reached in 30 minit and the sea in 40 minutes. Only the jogging is a bit hard as the villa sits on a litte hill to climbe from every direction.
The owner Hans is very helpfull and has solution for every problem.
We just can recommend it!!!

The house was beautiful. There was only one issue. Since no air conditioning in the in law suites they were very musty and smelled like mildew. My daughter is allergic to that and ended up breaking out in a rash from the third day on. We even moved her into the house but it didn’t get any better. I also ended up with an ear infection from it. The solution would to just put air conditioning units in the bedrooms only.Paula you were great to deal with and will speak to you in future when we go back to Europe. I believe next year we will be doing Germany.

Our stay at Casa Dany was perfect! The host Daniele and his sister were very helpful.
The secluded pool had a beautiful view, nice wood furniture and was very tranquil. The apartment was very clean, nicely equipped and had a big backyard with a barbecue grill. At night the fireflies were a joy to behold, the kids loved chasing them. The beds were very comfortable, the bedroom windows had shutters to darken the rooms completely. The whole garden smelled of jasmine and oleander. Even a small playground was provided. The parking lot had carports, so the cars would not heat up too much in the sun. Supermarkets ( Conad, Carrefour, city markets) were very close. The beach Spaggia de Migliarino was 15 min away by car. Pisa only 20 min by car. We can highly recommend staying there:)
